Suggest Remedy For Focal Annular Tear

Age 64 5' 4" 134 lbs . I've had L5-S1 surgery and C4-C5 and C5-C6 with donor bone and plate and screws. my lower spine has 3 herniations at L2-L3 & L3-L4 & L4-L5. At the L4-L5 it says there is a mild diffuse disc protrusion type herniation with associated focal annular tear causing mild central canal stenosis.
