Suggest Remedy For Fluid Inside Lungs

there is a fluid inside the lung and by putting the tube the fluid from the upper part of the lung is removed but from the lower part it is not coming out and also the doctor is telling the lung has stick and 1/4th of the lung is not functioning and surgery is needed to get it set right. i want to know only solution for it is surgery or through some method also.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of multiple fluid pockets in pleural space is more likely.
ICD (intercostal drainage) tube insertion is the first treatment of choice.
Since this patient is already having tube drainage and not improving, VATS (Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery) is the best treatment for complete removal of fluid from pleural space.
So at this moment, surgery is the only treatment option for this patient.
