Hello
You are having fluid in the pleura ,knows as pleural effusion and most common cause of this fluid is tuberculosis ( however , there are so many other reasons also).
Your doctor aspirated ( removed 250 ml ) fluid from lungs and there was shivering and sweats , as this is common due to anxiety and tension faced by you , so need not to worry.
If amount of fluid is plenty then aspiration ( tapping of fluid i.e. removal ) is necessary .
If amount is low ( because already 250 ml removed ) then with the help of anti tubercular treatment this fluid will vanish after few days .
So don't take any tension , rather trust your doctor and take a full course of anti tubercular treatment as advised .
Keep one thing in mind that don't stop ATT without doctor's advise as this may develop multi drug resistant .
Good luck.
