General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fever, vomiting, and headache should not be neglected, and physical examination is necessary. There might be the possibility of acute gastroenteritis like infection or meningitis-like any other acute infection.

Neck rigidity also should be checked in physical examination. CBC investigation, Auscultation also should be done.

Consult a pediatrician for examination and plan further investigation accordingly. Please get back with reports for further discussion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
