General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It may due to hypoglycemia. Kindly check your blood sugar level. Kindly take proper diabetic diet and maintain balance between exercise and diet to avoid hypoglycemia.

Along with that do regular blood pressure monitoring. Continue heart and diabetes medications as adviced.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
