If you are not a diabetic or not having any neurological problem, most of the time erectile dysfunction is due to anxiety. In view of absence of diabetes mellitus or neurological condition, you may get benefit by using Sildenafil Citrate half an hour before the intended sexual act. Caution: Sildenafil should not be taken if the patient is found to be having heart disease or taking nitrates for its treatment.
