Hello,

I would explain that the child's symptoms are suggestive of a possible infection or the upper airways.

The headache in the frontal lobe could be suggestive of a sinus infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting with his pediatrician for a physical exam, a chest X ray study and a sinus X ray study, coupled with inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR).

Considering the Covid pandemia, I would also recommend testing for corona virus. You should discuss with his doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka
