Suggest Remedy For Elevated TSH Level While On Treatment For Hepatitis C

Currently taking medication s for Hep - C. Started April 1st a 21 week doses of Sovaldi 400 mg also Ribavirin 200 mg. On third month.Half way point. Had blood work done and see that my TSH level is elevated very high. 12.050 my t-4 is normal. Also shows possible Anemia. Have had thyroid removed due to Hashimotos disease. Am currently taking LevothyroxineSodium 200 mcg should I adjust my med s?

High TSH is suggestive of inadequate dosage of Levo thyroxine so you need to adjust the doses

Anaemia needs to be corrected by iron and multivitamin supplements, at the same point of time we have to identify the underlying cause for aneamia which could be due to nutritional deficiency, excess blood loss or bleeding .
