Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have elephantiasis. It is caused by microfilaria. You should take anti filarial medicine like ivermectin and albendazole. Avoid fatty food. Surgery is helpful in large size leg but multiple surgery with skin grafting is needed. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
