Hello,

Pain may be due to injured external auditory canal lining. So use pain killer like lyser d twice a day for three days. Oint like mupirocine or candibiotic drops twice a day may useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
