Suggest Remedy For E Coli Infection In Urine

Hi, I'm pregnant and I was in so much pain the other day that I left work and rushed myself to the emergency room. They told me I just had a uti. Well a couple days later they called me back and said I had e coli in my urine and that I need to change my medicine asap. I have been in so much pain in my upset abdomen right under my rib cage on my left side. I can't eat anything, as it does not stay down. I can barely take my medicine. I can't sleep, can't work, can't hardly get up and walk to the bathroom. Should I be worried or should I contact my prenatal Dr? What should I do? Please help.

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
*Seems Heavy Urinary tract infection with possibility of Renal or ureteric
calculus .
*Because simple UTI with e.coli is not going to give rise to these much level
of extensive trouble.
*If oral molecules are not working and your condition is deteriorating, there
are chances of developing dehydration & detrimental effects on your fetus,
rather than get hospitalized immediately consulting your ER , get an
Ultrasound of the Abdomen & pelvis done , get curative treatment
accordingly.
