Suggest Remedy For Dryness And Redness On Penile Tip

just recently I noticed that around the head of my penis the skin was dry and pealing, at times after a shower it appears reddish in color , it doesn't itch, I tried putting a corticoid cream on several times it appears somewhat better but still has not gone away, I don't know if its an irritation, fungal , but I did have a nail fungus and my blood sugar was high but now under control
