Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Arun's Response
Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that the bite at labia minora could be treated as bites from the other place. I advice you to take the complete anti rabies shots. Take broad spectrum antibiotic under your doctors guidance like doxycycline, analgesic creams for pain, apply betadine ointment over the wound without getting it in the mucosa. Maintain local cleanliness and dressing regularly. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank; Infectious Disease Specialist
