Suggest Remedy For Dizziness,nausea,headache And Blurry Vision

Hello, my name is Jose I ve been having a problem but I don t know what it can possibly be. I always feel dizzy, nausea, feel like my head is going to explode, blurry vision. I also can t eat properly because my throat feels tired and like if I m going to choke, and like if something is stuck down my throat like boogers.

Looking at your symptoms it could be either migraine or sinusitis

please get an X ray paranasal sinuses and blood profile
meanwhile have tab acetaminophen
tab pantoprazole
do warm saline gargles
