Suggest Remedy For Dizziness With Nausea And Lack Of Appetite

Hi, i am female in early 20s and over the last 2 weeks I have had increasing bouts of the following: dizziness and feeling faint nausea lack of appetite dull headache weak and tired/fatigued hot sweats occasional pins & needles in left hand I couldnt get to see my own GP so went into a walk in centre who wasnt too sure of my conditions but gave me some tablets which were related to vertigo (5mg to be taken 3 times a day only). I have not had nausea since but i still have the other symptoms even after having taking the tablets and these probably occur around 5/6times a day. I make sure i am well hydrated throughout the day by drinking lots of water although recently i suffered a heavy period so not sure if this could have had an affect?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
I am Dr Aslam here to help you.
The remaining possibilities are an ongoing infection like UTI (which may present with such nonspecefic symptoms),or conditions like anemia.
A basic evaluation including a blood routine and urine routine examination after a detailed physical examination might help to sort out the issue.Menorrhagia also needs medical attention.Your doctor will guide you in this.Meanwhile, continue taking adequate fluids, veges, fruits, and rest.
Wishing you good health,Thank you.
