Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Headache Due To Being Elbowed On Temple

I was elbowed in my temple relatively hard 4 days ago at a water park. It immediately gave me spoty vision. There has been a tenderness to the area with a headache since. Today it turned in a throbbing pain. If I turn my head to fast, I get very dizzy. Should I see a doctor or let the blunt trauma heal itself
