Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Fatigue After Taking Iron Tablets
I am a 280lbs 24 year old woman with anemia. Last night I took two slow release 45mg iron pills with two ricecakes and a cheese stick. When I woke up this morning I felt dizzy and felt like I couldn t coordinate my body properly. I still feel strange and my thoughts seem a bit far away if that makes sense. Should I seek medical attention for this or is it a normal side effect of Iron?

yes some ppl complain of this because of iron formulation and qulaity of product :) see the doctor immediately
take iron on empty stomach if problem take 1 hr after and no food or drinks till one hour
