Suggest Remedy For Discomfort In The Lungs

This evening I was cleaning my basement and between extra drop ceiling panels was mold and it was black. I immediately removed them and brought them outside to the trash. I showered, but had a rash on my arms where I had touched them. Now I can feel it in my lungs, and am coughing. Should I be concerned with just one exposure?
