hey there, it's been a week that i have a bad feeling in my anus, i feel like i need to go to restroom once in an hour ,(i feel kind of strech in it) btw (i'm homosexual (a guy) and been bottomed before this pain maybe that's the reason, it was big and it hurt

Best remedy is avoid anal sex for few days and use proctocydyl ointment.at anal area, the kind of pain is due to injury in ur sexual intecourse.hope i am helpful, it will settle down in 2 weeks..use cremaffin syrup also if u had hard stool..hope i am helpful
