i have diarrhea i go off every morning a few times. soft before i go to work but when at work my tummy just cramps i don t go to the toilet at work don t know if it s physiological because i hate going to the toilet at work. what should i take to stop, its been four days

hi, you have diarrhea.
You may need to take antibiotics. Try out ofloxacin + ornidazole tablets 1-0-1 * 5 days. Also adequately hydrate yourself. Get a stool culture test done. and review with the report
