Suggest Remedy For Dermatitis Kind Of Rash On Chin With No Help From Minocycline

I have had a dermatitis type rash on my chin for over 6 weeks now. Been prescribed minocycline and creams but does not seem to be improving. Hate to take medications long term, do you have any suggestions as to what would be the likely cause. I am a 60 year old female in good health with a little bit of osteoarthritis. I take Norvasc 5 mgs,
Crestor 5 mgs, Omega 3 capsules, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D daily. I am fair skinned with red hair and freckles. I read that it is possible that zinc may help with such a rash. Could you

the rash seems to be prolonged , please try stopping your vitamin tablets for ten days and apply a hydrocortisone based cream for few days.
if it subsides ok, otherwise visit a derm.
