Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand the trauma you went through and the reason for your PTSD problems. the treatment given by your present doctor would be sufficient enough for you to manage the PTSD. Medicine are one part of the treatment and psychiatrist will be taking care or it. the second part of psychological disorder treatment is psychotherapy. Cognitive restructuring (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) wil be a good option to restructure your mind, accept what happened and understand the trauma you met with. once you do that, the neuronal signals will have a positive path to move rather than the present negative path. Body and mind should be relaxed so as to be in a positive metabolic region. Mindfulness meditation should help you do this. I suggest you not to hurry with the therapies and never wish all these problems will be cleared within some time. The more you think about cure, the more you are being anxious and stressed, please remember. Please consult a clinical psychologist for therapy and meditation.

If you still need my assistance in this regard, please use this link. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Please remember to describe the whole problem with full detail.

Hope this answers your query. Please feel free to post follow up queries. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck. Take care.

Psychiatrist Dr. Michael Davis 's  Response
Hello:

I would talk to your doctor again and see if there is something that you are consuming or eating that is cause the psoriasis to flare up. You may be experiencing a reaction from stress. I would be careful about what you apply topically to an infection or flare up until you are seen in a clinic.

I hope you have a family doctor.

I wish you well!
