hi, im having dark spots & patches on my legs. They are on the upper part of my feet, around the ankles, all the way up to my knees & calves.... one or two small patches on my thighs. i developed these like a year ago and i didnt pay much attention to it thinking they would just go away. Initially they started around my ankles....but soon spread upwards. Sometimes these patches are itchy when my legs turn painful if i do a lot of physical activity involving my legs like running, playing, standing etc. Those patches dont seem to worry me if i get good sleep & rest well, but if im tired....my legs start paining. Those patches look ugly too and cant wear shorts or sandals. Pls help & suggest
