General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, the red spots on penis with dark freckles and skin peeling of the skin of scrotum indicates possible bacterial or fungal infection.

* The usual responsible bugs are staph aureus, candida species or others.

* Kindly get a dermatologist consulting for best diagnosis via culture swab of the lesion described above.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
