The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is acanthosis Nigricans.Asymptomatic hyperpigmented lesions on the flexural aspects of the body suggests the possibility of Acanthosis Nigricans. Try to reduce your weight as obesity is often associated with acanthosis Nigricans. Topical tretinoin along with keratolytics like glycolic acid can also be used. Oral tablets containing alpha lipoidic acid can also be used. Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
