Suggest Remedy For Cough And Ear Blockage

i am 40 years old male, I am suffering from cough in ear my ear is feeling full and comes watery fluid by nose some time not ragular, when I am lauing then my ear goes close and block, it from 3 month I have taken Antibiotic and other many infection tablet but not success

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have cough and ear blockage which could be due to Eustachian tube dysfunction and it could be due to respiratory tract infection. For now continue doing gargles and drink one spoon of honey mix with glass of lukewarm water. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order test like viral culture test , throat swab test and blood test to confirm the diagnosis and rule out causes like acid reflux. You should go for otoscopic examination of ear as well and start treatment after proper prescription. Doctor may prescribe anti bacterial medications along with decongestants.
