Suggest Remedy For Constipation With Smelly Gas

I am 32 year old female, I am never constipated, I constantly have smelly gas have noticed red specks in my stool. I ve actually examined them and it does not dissolve. I always go to the bathroom at least 2 x a day. Formed, light to regular brown. Should I be concerned or does it sound like undigested food? I just recently had blood work due to heavy menstration and it came back normal. Also, I had an abdominal ultrasound and nothing.

Any intestinal obstruction may cause chronic constipation problem.
Lack of water and high fiber diet may cause constipation problem.

Stool examination test is helpful for further diagnosis.
Colonoscopy is helpful for diagnose.
