Suggest Remedy For Constipation With Blood In Stool

I m really worried I was constipated last night strained having a bowl movement . When I finished there was blood in my stool. I had another bowl movement today after taking a bowl softener pill no blood now but stool is multi colored light tan and dark brown

You complain that there is blood in stool present.
Because of hemorrhoids can cause blood in stool. After taking stool softner that cause less excersion so blood less come in stool.

In colon infection may cause blood in stool .
Irritable bowel disease may rule out.
Rectal polyp may cause blood in stool.

Anal fissure may cause blood in stool .
For diagnosis do stool examination test. If infection is present than it can rule out by this test.

Avoid spicy and oily foods.
Drink more water.
Eat high fiber foods.
Eat fress fruits and green vegetables.
