Suggest Remedy For Constipation In 2 Year Old

I have a 2 year old which has had a problem with hard stools since a baby she has been checked by doctors and peds but no one can come uo with an answer she drinks water has a good diet and afalax and coloxyl drops and now she is so scared to pass stools she tries to hold in , what can we do can there be a medical problem doctors have not thought of ??

Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Reduce milk intake.
Give calorie dense and high residue diet.
Give fiber containing diet like leafy vegetables and fruits.
Encourage the child to use potty daily at a particular time.
Use of lactulose syrup daily may help.
You may use Dulcolax suppository if necessary at times for immediate relief.
