Suggest Remedy For Constant Headaches And Dizziness

Hi, i have constant headaches when sitting up and moving around, with random dizziness. been experiencing this for the past 1.5 weeks.. went to chiropractor, a GP, and just started Acupuncture.. I did injure myself at work prior to this, however now my back feels much better but still experiencing the headaches etc.. Is this an eye problem or still muscle strain.. or something else?

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.Constant headaches with random dizziness are most commonly experienced as a result of 'Tension type headache'(TTH).TTH is caused by stress on scalp and neck muscles and is a type of daily headache. Please do mental relaxation exercises and yoga as these may be of help.Alternatively,Cervical spondylosis may be a cause of headache and dizziness along with upper back pain. Please get a cervical X-ray done.Medicines like 'amitriptyline' may be of help.PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.I hope it helps you.
