Hi Sunil, Welcome to HCM. I have read the details given by you. Itchy scalp is due to fungal infection. It can be aggravated by allergy. You need to wash your head with shampoo containing antifungal drug like ketoconazole thrice a week. Avoid application of oil or gel in your hair as they can be allergic & can aggravate dandruff. Also avoid spicy or oily food if your itching is increased due to it. If your white patches are extensive along with hair loss then you should also apply steroid cream like mometasone over the patches. Hope this will be helpful.
