Suggest Remedy For Chronic Psoriasis
My Mother is a cronic psoriasis patent and she died 19 years back. For me the patches are started showing up in the elbow of both my hands. i do not wanted to take any steroids inside as my othet suffered a lot due to so many side effects. Please advise some good medicine.

Chronic plaque psoriasis requires long treatment. You must always apply emolients all over the body even after the lesions have cleared up especially in winter season .Topical steroid cream can be applied over the affected area. Consult a dermatologist and discuss the other possible systemic treatments like methotrexate and cyclo sporin.Systemic steroids are contraindicated and you are right in avoiding them
