Hi,

Here are some remedies that you can try to alleviate your symptoms:
* Use a warm compress: Apply a warm compress to your ear, neck, or face to ease the pain and loosen any congestion in the sinuses.
* Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water and other fluids can help thin out mucus and reduce congestion, which can help relieve pain and pressure in the ear, neck, and head.
* Nasal irrigation: Using a saline solution to irrigate your nasal passages can help clear out any congestion and reduce inflammation in your sinuses.
* Avoid triggers: If your symptoms are triggered by certain allergens, such as dust or pollen, try to avoid them as much as possible.
* Over-the-counter pain relief: Over-the-counter pain medications like acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help alleviate pain and reduce inflammation.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's important to seek medical attention. In the meantime, the above remedies may provide some relief.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
