Hello,
Having
Irritable bowel syndrome,
gastritis and hemorrhoids can be troubling. In my experience life style changes should be the first thing you should try which includes:
1. Exercising like walking, running, gym activity daily or at least 5 days a week.
2. Avoid anything that triggers IBS like dairy or high fat diet.
3. Add more fruits and green vegetables to your diet to prevent
constipation.
4. Stay well hydrated in case you get diarrhea
5. Exercise and diet control will help you manage your weight which will help with hemorrhoids.
6. Peppermint oil is also known to help with
stomach cramps and has shown positive results in most of the IBS patients.
7. Avoid/stop smoking and alcohol intake.
I would also recommend you to get your liver function tests and
cholesterol test every 3 months to see the changes. Incase if the test reports keep deteriorating or the hemorrhoids become painful, you should see visit your GP.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
