Suggest Remedy For Chest Pain

Hi, my center of my chest was hurting for about 20 minutes, then started spreading to my right side of my chest and into my back. It's not a burning heart burn feeling, more internal, like a lung? I thought heart, but that's on the left not right. Pain is a 5/10 increasing. Please help. Thank yoi!

I have gone through the details provided by you. It is probably due to gastritis or gastro esophageal reflux. It often happens that the stomach acids which are meant for digestion of the food, often regurgitates into the lower portion of the oesophagus and causes what we call heartburn. Taking some antacid syrup like a few teaspoonfuls of mucaine gel should give you immediate relief. Other than that, you may take omeprazole capsule once a day before breakfast for sometime. Take small but frequent meals and avoid long gaps between meals. Avoid spicy food.

However, since there can be other sinister causes of chest pain, I would insist you to play safe and I strongly insist that you visit a doctor and get yourself examined. Based on his findings he would be able to say if any other possibiities need to be considered.
