Suggest Remedy For Chest Congestion Due To Phlegm

I have phlegm problem, 2-3 times in a day, I experience congestion in throat and find difficult due to phlegm. I don t understand what exactly this problem. Sometimes I feel that I am suffering with asthma or some respiratory disease. Once I expel the phlegm, i feel relieved. What should I do?

It is quite possible that you may have asthma as it is a very common disease and if you have a history of allergy.
At present the condition feels like it is an infection that is causing the phlegm. Take good steam inhalations at home with an expectorant cough syrup which contains bromhexine.
You haven't mentioned how many days u are suffering from this problem however if its more than a week, then u certainly need to see a doctor and get investigated
