As per your query you have chest pain radiating towards shoulders and your have already had tests to rule out cardiac problem . he symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards a condition known as acidic reflux . The condition occur when acidic content of stomach come upward due to upper esophagussphincter dysfunction . In this type of condition only medicine is not going to work , it also require lifestyle changes .
