Suggest Remedy For Canker Sores In Mouth And Swollen Neck Glands

Hi. On Thurday I flew from Utah to New York. I had a mouthful of cancers once I got here. The previous two day's, I had dry mouth. I had bought Biotene longes for the trip. This morning I woke up with swollen glands in the neck and the lower inside gums in the back of moth are swollen. Feels like it may effect my ears too. I've been using hydrogen peroxide to gargle and bought some cloroseptic longed. I'm concerned

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM. Understanding your concern. As per your query canker sores in mouth and swollen neck glands can be treated with topical steroids like triamcinolone acetonide (0.1%). You can apply this ointment 3-4 times daily after food. Take Multivitamins. Tab. Voveron D mix in half cup of water gargle it and then swallow it. Betadine gargle 2 table spoon in half glass of water for gargle three times a day,spit it after gargle. Apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine can numb the ulcers and reduce discomfort especially during meals. Use topical anesthetic and analgesic like anabel gel, apply for 3-4 times daily before food for 1 week. Do not take hot and spicy food for one week. Apply Clotrin mouth paint. Maintain proper oral hygiene. Do brushing and flossing.
