Suggest Remedy For Burning Sensation In The Penile Head During Urination

I am having little pain and a mild burning sensation while urinating and my urine routine came was normal. But my penis is still sensitive and every time I feel that burning sensation. This is happening for a couple of days. I am having disodium hydrogen citrate soon with water and applying metrogyl-p on the penis. But it is still not working. Need a suggestion.

Welcome to health care magic,

Burning over penis head or glance could be due to balanitis or balanoposthitis or uerthritis for which you will need clinical examination for further diagnosis.

You should go for routine blood works with ESR to rule out infection.

Meanwhile, you should apply corticosteroid cream over ointment with anesthetic agents over the penis head which will give symptommatic relief.

After doctor's examination, if there is any sort infection then you may need short course of oral antibiotics with antihistamines.

Consult general surgeon for complete examination and treatment.
