I have bumps all over the back of my tounge and it looks like my tounge is all torn up and they are bleeding. This happened overnight. Then today i started getting red blaches all over the back of my throat and i looked in the back of my throat with a flashlight and it looks like there is puss and mucus. I feel tired and had a fever. what could this be? I dont have health insurance and can't pay to go to a clinic...do you think its serious?
