Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Ear

i have a little bump on each of my ear lobes. they are round, hard, and a tad bit smaller than one of my earings. my mom says they could be calcium deposits but i wanted to make sure it wasnt anything serious. coould someone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them?

They could be keloids, especially if you have darker complexion skin. Keloids form from scar tissue that builds up at sites of previous trauma (piercings, cuts, scratches, etc.) and commonly occur on the earlobes. The best treatment is prevention. I would avoid future piercings. If you have already developed keloids then treatment could involve steroid injections or surgical excision and repair. If they are keloids, then you should probably avoid wearing your earrings in the future or they may get bigger with time (sorry, probably not what you want to hear).
