i have a fairly large bump under the skin on my right cheekbone about an inch under the eye. its hard and a bit painful. i've had them before on my cheekbone and my chin, but theyve gone away after a little while. I picked at this one a bit and now i think its a little irritated from me squeezing it but nothing came out and i dont see any way that it can. I was going to apply a hot compress to it. What should i do?
