i have a bump in between my breast that is always leaking fluid whether its clear or pus. The clear tends to have a smell to it. sometimes its hard, sometimes it soft like you can pop it. It hurts when you touch it and it is always in the way or hurting when I move too.
Hi. As per your case history you are having a sebaceous cyst with secondary infection. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and swelling. 4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics like levofloxacin, cefadroxil and azithromycin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Once infection is cleared, the cyst needs to be excised by a dermato-surgeon.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
