Suggest Remedy For Bruises On Thigh And Hip Area
I fell on a boat lift carriage on Father s Day...long story. It left a large purplish blue bruise on my thigh and hip area. It remained tender but I was able to move so I did the RICE treatment and did not seek medical help. Now nearly 4months later the area is still pinkish and I am experiencing pain in my hip that radiates down my leg. Is this a complication to my injury or is something else going on. Should I seek medical advise or give it more time.

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.apply cold compressions over the area.
2.take analgesics like ibuprofen tablets twice daily for 7 days,if you have pain.
3.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily over the area for 7 days.
4.maintain good hygiene.
