Suggest Remedy For Bruise On The Hips

I have small (fingertip size) bruises on both sided of my hips. Around 4 on one side and 3 on the other. I ve had no trauma and they look rather aggressive/dark - especially on th right hip. Nothing has changed in my life for it to cause this either. Any advice?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here, I could say that this could be ecchymosis, means escaping of blood from capillaries, if this is not raised or have no demarcations, if this is raised or have demarcations, then this could be infective lesions.
Suggestion:- Because of the poor posture this could happens or due to uneven
compression , but this is rare condition, and some time related
with some blood disorders
Treatment :- There is no specific treatment available for this, wait for time
some time this would disappear.
Advise :- If this remains as it is then clinical examination and blood
investigation may require, Hope this information helps.
