Please type your query here...Q : hi doctor i am 21 years old one and half years back i had irregular and missed periods and consulted a doctor they took scan and told me tat i have poly cystic ovaries and g ave me krimson35 i took it 4 4 months and had regular periods and at the same time i put on weight and had pain in breast again i consulted they gave vitamin tablet still the pain was there so i stopped taking medicines in the initial stage the breast pain was present and as days went it reduced i am doing regular yoga meditation and having nutritional diet like avoiding packed foods oily foods much of sweets and adding many green leafy for past 3 months i had my periods almost around the same date give or take one or two dates my acne got reduce . but still i have breast pain few days before and during my cycle ? what to do doctor? my acne scars are present they are pinkish in color how to get rid of it doctor do help me i had my last period from 18th-23rd April i am unmarried and never had sex.
