Suggest Remedy For Bone Stuck In Throat

I swallow a tiny piece of chicken bone and felt like it stuck in my throat, I spit up fresh blood try to cough it up. I ate lots of bread and drank water, ate a banana and drank hot tea. The bleeding complete stop. I am not chocking and can breathe but it feels like its still there. Could have nick me and its gone somehow and I am feeling the wound? I just want to know if this can take a turn for the worst?
