Suggest Remedy For Blown Vein While Taking Bp

I gave blood yesterday and about 6 hours later took my blood pressure and I seem to have blown my vein. It immediatly bled under the skin and swelled. I applied pressure and ice and then a compress again through the night. Is there anything else I should be doing today th help it heal?

Hi, you have done whatever is pertinent. A countered vein is to be dealt with the way you have done. Just give it rest, compression and you could apply Heparin ointment for the bruise to go faster. Do not worry, its nothing serious. Take care,
