Suggest Remedy For Blood In Discharge And Soreness In The Vagina

Hello, My name is Ellen and I am 18 years old. It is very embarrassing and strange to say this, but I am deeply concerned and feel the need to consult a professional anonymously for this issue. I have never engaged in sexual activity with another person. However, to be blunt, I recently started experimenting with penetration when it came to masturbation. I first used a small plastic cap, which was not very smooth so I stopped because it was uncomfortable and then just my hand, well a digit. About an hour later I noticed a gush of red and blood mixed with my discharge and the interior of my vagina felt very sore. This was only the second time I had attempted something like this. I had never gone that deep so to say before and I am concerned I went too far? I felt a part that I had never felt before I am not sure if it was my cervix? Have I damaged my cervix or brushed against some organ? Did I scratch myself? It was not just a few drops, like the first time, but a gush of blood. It does not seem to be bleeding anymore but I am concerned if I could have received an infection from any scratches. Also it’s at least more than a week before my menstruation so I doubt this is menstrual bleeding.

Another concern I have is how I can have this checked out by a doctor, possibly by a gynecologist without my parent’s knowledge. I would appreciate if I could keep this issue private, but I am worried I may have harmed myself, maybe permanently. I apologize for being so blunt, but I am not sure if this is normal.
I have felt no pain in my abdomen, nor any significant burning sensation. I did feel a burning sensation during penetration, but afterwards it dissipated. I am not feeling ill at the moment, or having heat waves or chills. But I am still concerned about the bleeding, because I had never bled that much before.

Thank you for your time and I am sorry about this odd and mortifying dilemma which I could have avoided.
