Suggest Remedy For Blood Clots

I was put on xerolto and took 3 15 mg doses - I started to bleed again - I was on heprin and coumindin and I also bled - I told my doctors [I got a second opinion on taking the xeralto after I bled on coumindin] and when I told the doctors I was bleeding on the xeralto - no one said what I should doI am not hemorghing - and I am passing blood clots If I go to the emergency room - what would they do to stop the bleeding.

1. Most of them are dependent on inactivating various clotting factors, so fresh frozen plasma will be used to stop bleeding.
2. Fresh frozen plasma contains the coagulation factors, which will replenish and allow clot formation.
